Steamy Costa Rica

Update on the Fish

We finally found out what our ‘yellow fin tuna’ was. A couple of kids were fishing off the dock yesterday and caught a very similar fish to ours so I asked them what it was. They told me it’s a ‘Crevalle’. More specifically this is called a ‘Pacific Jack Crevalle’. The edibility of this fish [...]

We’ve finally made it to Costa Rica, and are currently anchored in Golfito. We’re not entirely checked into the country yet. In fact, our quarantine flag (yellow flag) is still hoisted.
